Match Overview
WWE NXT 4/7/26 comes live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, delivering all the fallout from the action-packed Stand & Deliver event. Myles Borne and Tatum Paxley both walked away from the night with their respective NXT North American Championships still firmly in their grasp. Following her grudge match victory over Zaria, Sol Ruca wasted no time making her next move, cutting a passionate backstage promo declaring that her focus now shifts entirely to the NXT Women’s Championship. However, Izzi Dame quickly stepped in to make her own intentions crystal clear, stating that she, too, has her sights set on the NXT Women’s title.
As a result, both women are now booked to collide in a singles match on tonight’s episode. On the championship front, newly crowned NXT Women’s Champion Lola Vice is scheduled to appear on tonight’s fallout show to celebrate her historic title victory in front of the NXT faithful. Adding even more excitement to the night, the WWE Speed Tournament is officially getting underway, but this one comes with a major twist. Rather than determining a number one contender, this tournament will crown an entirely new Speed Champion. The reason behind this is that reigning champion Elio LeFleur was unfortunately forced to vacate the title after sustaining a shoulder injury at a recent house show, leaving the gold up for grabs. A highly anticipated triple threat match is also on the cards for this week, pitting Keanu Carver, Jasper Troy, and Josh Briggs against one another.
The seeds for this clash were planted last week on NXT when Briggs stepped up to serve as the referee for the Carver vs Troy bout after no other NXT official was willing to handle such a volatile matchup. Briggs ultimately interfered, taking out Troy and handing Carver the win, which has now set the stage for all three men to settle their differences inside the ring.
